Everyone knows how enchanting the reddish color of natural cherry wood looks. With gold patterns in one place and dark red in another. This side table charry would be a great decoration for any home and was created to highlight the natural look of the wood as much as possible. Handcrafted using traditional carpentry techniques, this traditional ‘Shaker’ side table cherry features a hand-cut “dovetail” joint drawer with maple drawer sides.

The table is made from whole pieces of solid wood and all the sides and legs are from one piece of wood. Only the tabletop is composed of one piece of wood split into two parts and glued together.

The sides and legs are connected with a “mortise-tenon” joint.

The table top has a beautiful design and a natural pattern that mirrors the solid wood itself.

The same applies to the wood grains on the legs, which run lengthways and are visible along their entire length. Тhe idea is to preserve the natural appearance of the wood as much as possible so the back left leg has preserved its original shape on one side and has an irregular shape.

To ensure optimal protection, the surface was treated with “Original Danish Oil from Rustins silky gloss”.
